Wheel Horse Bourbon Toasted Barrel Finish (LIMITED)

Our limited release Spring 2024 bottling of Toasted Barrel is a 4-5 year Kentucky Straight Bourbon finished in Toasted Oak barrels. The Bourbon is made from a mash bill of 70% corn, 21% rye and 9% malted barley. Like our standard Bourbon, it's distilled in copper stills then matured in hand-selected, 53-gallon, charred American oak barrels.

Only 3,100 bottles were produced.  

Tasting Notes:
The nose on this whiskey opens with notes of berries and toasty oak. Upon sipping, sweet flavors of vanilla and butter toffee appear before hints of cherry and coffee cake. The finish is long and robust with notes of cinnamon, almond and espresso.
