SHIPPING COSTS
We offer free ground shipping on orders of 12 bottles (1 case) or more.
We offer $15 flat rate ground shipping* on orders between 1 and 11 bottles.
All discounts associated with shipping apply to ground shipping only.

We ship to the following regions in the United States: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MN, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, TX, VT, WA, WV, WI and WY.
SHIPPING TIME FRAME & TRACKING
Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery after your order has been fulfilled. Orders to the West Coast and Texas may take longer than 14 business days.
Customers will be notified if product out-of-stock issues or other issues like weather may cause delays in shipment.
When your package has been created with a shipping label and has been sent out into the mail stream, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. If it has been more than three business days and you have not received a tracking email, you may contact support@latitudebeverage.com for assistance.
We recommend that customers on the West Coast place orders early in the week to decrease the likelihood that a whiskey order sits in a shipping warehouse over the weekend.
SHOPPING FOR WHISKEY & FULFILLMENT OF ORDERS
Please be advised that order payment processing and order fulfillment are facilitated through a 3rd party retailer.
Wheel Horse Whiskey does not sell, offer to sell or solicit sales of alcohol through wheelhorsewhiskey.com. Wheel Horse Whiskey markets whiskey on its website. Wheel Horse Whiskey’s service enables you to search online for whiskey available for sale by a licensed alcohol retailer. Through this website, you learn about the whiskey, including its price. The offer to purchase the whiskey ultimately is from the Retailer. If you decide to purchase the whiskey, you make the payment to the Retailer and the Retailer fulfills your order, including the delivery of the purchased whiskey. This arrangement is not meant to facilitate any improper furnishing of inducements by any manufacturer, importer, supplier, wholesaler or distributor of whiskey to any retailer of alcoholic beverages or to facilitate any improper exclusionary practices by any alcohol beverage licensee. This service may be limited or not available at all in some places due to local law or other restrictions.
ALL SHIPMENTS CONTAINING ALCOHOL REQUIRE AN ADULT (21+ YEARS) SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY!
Please plan accordingly by entering a shipping address and date that will allow someone 21 years or older to be available in person to sign for the package, and by keeping a valid form of ID on hand.
Carriers will not leave packages containing alcohol unattended, even if you have a signature on file. If you are not able to be at home to receive your whiskey during normal business hours, we recommend having it shipped to your place of work, or opting to have your shipment held at the nearest FedEx or UPS pick-up location.
Whiskey will not be delivered to a visibly intoxicated person.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
We ship using FedEx, WeShip, and UPS. We use regional carriers to ship to the following states: Illinois, Oklahoma and Texas.
WEATHER
Wheel Horse Whiskey assumes no liability for whiskey damaged due to poor weather during transport or delayed delivery. Please check weather conditions prior to order and ensure that someone will be available to receive the whiskey upon delivery. The most frequent cause of damaged whiskey is due to multiple delivery attempts. Please monitor your package tracking to ensure on-time delivery.
